What is an invitation if it is not an opportunity to forge connections through shared experiences.  And so, I invite you to my backyard for a glimpse of the beauty of multiple winter sunsets in Fort Worth, Texas.  
This work seeks to capture the fleeting beauty of the sun as it sets signaling the end of another day.  The vibrant oranges and deep blues are set against backdrops of bare trees conveying a scene that evokes a sense of quiet power.  These trees have borne witness to the life that I have lived for the last thirty years.  The viewer is invited to my backyard, but they are also invited to reflect upon their own sense of place and their own memories.
