She sat on the steps where the soft shadows swooped,
While the bushes bent low and the breezes all looped.
With a bounce in her thoughts and a faraway gleam,
She twirled in the tickle-tail trails of a dream.  
Artist Notes:
This piece was created from an old charcoal drawing I had done years ago of one of my favorite places to contemplate my day and dream of what was to come. What a delight to reminisce and come full circle in its creation!
