Beat the winter blahs with color, creativity, and a little frozen magic! Spend the afternoon ice dyeing as vibrant pigments melt and move, creating bold, unpredictable patterns you can’t get any other way.
Guided by Melanie Summers, you’ll learn how to turn fabric into one-of-a-kind wearable or usable art using fiber reactive dyes, ice, and fearless experimentation.
Choose your project for the class:
• A cotton apron and hand towel $55
• A set of four cotton dinner napkins $65
• A cotton zippered tote $65Thursday, February 19 · 1–4 PM
Dress for splashes, drips, and happy accidents—this is a hands-on, color-forward experience.
Wine and light hors d’oeuvres will be served as you dye, sip, and celebrate creativity at the House of NeVille.
You’re also welcome to bring one additional light-colored, natural fiber item (cotton, rayon, or linen) to dye if you’d like to personalize the experience even more.
